Over the past 7 years, DesignPhiladelphia has become the citywide hub for creative advancement. From October 13 - 23 you can experience a variety of hands-on workshops, demonstrations, lectures and exhibitions related to art, fashion, multi-media, interior design, architecture, and much more! Really cool event highlights include: a FREE letterpress stationary workshop at Anthropologie on October 15, a panel discussion of Community Building through Sustainable Design on October 18 (also a free event), and the Andropogon Open Studio tour - an ecological planning and design firm (this event is free as well).
