On August 9, I had the opportunity to participate in the unveiling of the new monument signage for the Cancer Support Community in honor of completing the renovation of their campus in Philadelphia. Click the photo below to see video footage of 6 abc's coverage of the event!

Where in the World is Buzz Lightyear?

With the new lobby design completed at 1650 Arch Street in Philadelphia, I was eager to stop by and snap a few photos, especially to capture the custom-designed artwork by Environmental Artist Tom Deininger!

Permanently on display at the "NEW" 1650 Arch Street lobby (designed by Meyer), you can stop by to see this amazing piece of art in person. Tom Deininger begins his unique creative process by diverting countless unwanted items from landfills -- a.k.a. your old toothbrush, Barbie doll, empty soda bottle, or plastic fork! His work encourages sustainability by transforming junk into one-of-a-kind pieces of 3D artwork that play a little game of "hide-n-seek" every time you walk by. Look more closely, can you find Buzz Lightyear in there?
